The free plan starts with one digital card, free CRM access for the first 100 leads, 20 one-time AI credits, and one landing page so a business can start collecting demand before paying. Printed physical NFC cards are not included in the free plan.

Are printed physical NFC cards included in any plan price?

Printed physical NFC cards are treated as a paid add-on or custom quote. Plan pricing covers the software stack, while physical NFC cards depend on quantity, branding, production, and delivery requirements.

When should a business move from free to Starter?

Starter is the first paid step when a company needs paid user seats, one digital card per seat, WhatsApp-ready follow-up, email, AI calling access, automation, support continuity, attendance, and deeper CRM usage without bundled provider markups. A normal company can add 3 to 5 users on Starter without buying Pro Agency.

Can Starter add more users without changing plan?

Yes. Starter can stay the same company plan while checkout adds more paid user seats above the included seat. Available seat ranges, extra seat pricing, yearly totals, and volume discounts are shown before payment.

Can a company buy more digital cards per user?

Yes. Paid plans include a default number of digital cards per user, and checkout can add extra digital card capacity above that included limit. Available card limits and add-on prices are shown before payment.

Does India pricing show in INR and use Razorpay?

Yes. India pricing is shown in INR first and paid checkouts use Razorpay, while international pricing uses the selected supported currency and Stripe.

Does OmniFlow include WhatsApp Business API and campaigns on paid plans?

Yes. Paid plans include WhatsApp Business API workflow access, campaigns, automation, AI calling support, and deeper team workflows. Meta, CPaaS, email, and AI calling usage still stays billed through the connected provider account.

What does Agency Mode in Pro include?

Pro Agency is built for agencies managing up to 10 client companies from one workspace, with campaigns, automations, AI calling, multi-client follow-up, and provider-owned usage. If an agency needs 15 or 20 users, or more than 10 client companies, those limits can be added separately above the base plan.

When is Enterprise the right plan?

Enterprise Reseller is the white-label plan for agencies and resellers that need at least 50 users, up to 50 client companies, brand inheritance, custom-domain support, managed onboarding, and rollout support. Larger rollouts can add users, digital card capacity, and client-company expansion through configured or custom add-ons.
