- Agencies can add client-company capacity above the included 10 clients when they are not ready for Enterprise.
- Volume discounts can apply to add-on charges once the agency crosses higher seat quantities.

No. Normal companies should stay on Starter and buy extra user seats. Pro Agency is for agencies that manage client companies.
